The IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Hospitality and Tourism of the Future: Creative Solutions and Opportunities" became a significant event organised by the School of Hospitality and Tourism at Almaty Management University jointly with Qaynar Bulaq Almaty, bringing together scholars, students, and professionals from the tourism industry. Esil University took particular pride in student Baltabekov E.Zh., who demonstrated an outstanding level of preparation and research skills, earning the honourable second place with his report on "The Application of Artificial Intelligence and Innovative Information Technologies in Hospitality and Tourism."
The supervisor of the research was PhD, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Social Work and Tourism Sadykov Zh.A., whose mentorship and professional expertise played a pivotal role in the successful defence of the research. The topic of the report proved to be highly relevant, as digitalization and the use of artificial intelligence are becoming indispensable elements in the development of the hospitality and tourism industry.
