Faculty of the Department of Finance Held a Meeting with Bank Representatives

Faculty members of the "Finance" Department — Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Dzhumabekova A.T. and Master of Economic Sciences, Senior Lecturer Yesengelddinova S.Zh. — held a meeting with representatives of a second-tier bank and fourth-year students of the "Finance" educational programme at the departmental branch located at Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC.

Within the framework of the event, the Head of the Corporate Business Department of JSC "Freedom Bank Kazakhstan", Zakhir Aliyev, delivered a welcoming address and presented the bank's products. During the meeting, current issues of corporate banking sector development, the specifics of working with legal entities, and the requirements for modern specialists in the financial and banking sector were discussed. The meeting was held in a hybrid format. Students shared their impressions of completing practical training at second-tier banks, in particular at JSC "Freedom Bank Kazakhstan".

Students had the opportunity to ask questions of interest to them regarding the completion of internships and to learn about employment prospects in the banking system. The event contributed to strengthening interaction between the Finance department and representatives of the banking sector, as well as to enhancing the practice-oriented training of students.
