Lecture by a Professor from Lomonosov Moscow State University at Esil University

At the Department of Finance of the Faculty of Business and Management at Esil University, within the framework of the "Visiting Professor" programme, a guest lecture was delivered in a distance-learning format by Elena Ryabova, Candidate of Legal Sciences and Associate Professor of the Department of State and Municipal Finance at the Higher School of State Audit of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Moscow, Russian Federation).

The lecture topic "The Role of the Treasury in the Cash Execution of the Budget" was presented to 2nd- and 3rd-year students of educational programme 7М04109 "Finance" within the framework of the discipline "State Budget."

During the lecture, the key aspects of the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation's practice in the cash execution of the budget were examined in detail.

The class was conducted in a dialogue-and-discussion format with a presentation and illustrative practical examples, which enabled students to gain a deeper understanding of the specifics of treasury budget execution and to draw comparisons with the activities of the State Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
