Results of the Department of Management’s Work on Developing Cooperation with Employers and Partner Universities

In the 2023–2024 academic year, the "Management" Department of Esil University successfully implemented a comprehensive set of activities aimed at developing practice-oriented teaching, strengthening interaction with employers, and expanding academic cooperation. Representatives of government bodies, the business community, and the international academic community were actively engaged in the educational process, conducting guest and practice-oriented lectures, master classes, and sessions for students enrolled in the "Management" and "Public and Local Administration" educational programmes.

In parallel, the outgoing academic mobility programme for the faculty of the Department of Management was implemented, within the framework of which Esil University lecturers conducted instructional sessions at leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This contributed to the exchange of pedagogical experience, the enhancement of teaching quality, and the strengthening of inter-university cooperation.

The implementation of these initiatives ensured an enhancement in the practical orientation of the educational process, the development of students' professional and managerial competencies, an increase in motivation for professional development, and the reinforcement of Esil University's image as a modern university oriented toward the integration of education, science, and practice.
