Supporting Kazakhstan's entrepreneurial ecosystem

Esil University declares as its priority the support and facilitation of the establishment and development of a new-generation entrepreneurial ecosystem in Kazakhstan. The university strives to contribute to the country's development by training in-demand professionals with an entrepreneurial culture who generate innovations for the benefit of society and the state. Our goal is to provide the new generation with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to create, research, develop, and implement innovative ideas in local and global markets.

The fact that the university's educational product is consumed not only by each student but by society as a whole places responsibility on the university for the quality of education.

Programs aligned with the labor marketThe university is committed to developing educational programs that meet the demands of the labor market.

Interdisciplinary approachI consider it extremely important to integrate an interdisciplinary and comprehensive approach into the educational and research process, since it is not enough to acquire and develop knowledge in only one specific specialization.

International standardsOur policy is focused on synchronization and convergence with international standards regarding the key aspects whose mastery serves as a criterion of educational quality. Concrete steps are now being taken to harmonize our programs with those of the university's foreign partner institutions.

Digital educational platformOur team is developing a technically equipped educational ecosystem, building modern infrastructure, and updating educational resources. Work is currently underway on a digital educational platform, which will be an important step in shaping the higher education of the future.

Science and researchThe university makes every effort to involve faculty members in research processes and in international programs aimed at improving their qualifications, encourages collaboration with scholars and research institutes, and initiates and carries out applied, problem-oriented, interdisciplinary research.

An open platform for collaborationWe strive to make Esil University a platform open to collaboration and the free exchange of ideas, one that integrates research, creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
