We are already actively working in this direction. A multimedia interactive video studio recently opened at the university, which will allow us to create high-quality educational content, including for international online platforms. In accordance with the contract for the provision of educational services, tuition is paid either in a lump sum or according to the following terms: for years 1-3: at least 30% before enrollment (August 25 of the current year), 20% by December 1 of the current year, 20% by February 1 of the current year, and 30% by April 1 of the current year. For graduating years: at least 50% before the start of the academic year, and the remaining portion before the winter examination session.

When can you enroll in MBA/EMBA/DBA? Are there requirements for applicants? What documents are needed for admission?

Hello! Admission to the MBA/EMBA program takes place three times a year - in autumn, winter, and spring. Admission to the DBA program takes place twice a year, with enrollment in September and January. Requirements for program participants: 1. MBA - at least 2 (two) years of work experience (the admissions committee reserves the right to consider exceptional candidates with at least 1 (one) year of work experience), with the mandatory submission of a detailed resume describing the education received and work experience; 2. EMBA - at least 3 years of work experience in a managerial position (the admissions committee reserves the right to consider exceptional candidates with at least 2 (two) years of work experience), with the mandatory submission of a detailed resume describing the education received and work experience; DBA: a master's degree/MBA/candidate of sciences degree, 5 years of experience, 2 of them in a managerial position. Applicants to the MBA/EMBA/DBA programs submit the following documents to the university admissions committee: 1. An application addressed to the Rector; 2. A notarized copy of the higher education document with its appendix; 3. A personnel records sheet and a copy of the employment record book (if available); 4. An autobiography; 5. A letter of recommendation; 6. Two photographs measuring 3x4; 7. A medical certificate of form 075/U; 8. A copy of the identity document; 9. A list of scientific and scientific-methodological works and recommendations, for applicants to the DBA program, if available. Together with the copies of the documents, the originals are provided for verification. After verification, the originals are returned. Documents submitted in a foreign language must have a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian.

Admission of persons holding a higher education degree to study in the chosen bachelor's program (specialty) is carried out by the university's admissions committee. The period of study based on a higher education degree is 2 years. Admission is granted on the basis of an interview.

Should foreign citizens take the UNT?
A
Applicants of Kazakh ethnicity who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and have graduated from educational institutions abroad may, if they wish, participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant. To do so, they must take the entrance examination in the form of the UNT (Unified National Testing). Applications for participation in the testing are accepted from April 1 to May 10, 2023.

Foreign citizens are admitted to study at the university on a paid basis based on the results of an interview (without the Unified National Testing) conducted by the university's admissions committee. In this case, documents in a foreign language are submitted with a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian. Education documents issued by foreign educational organizations undergo the nostrification procedure after enrollment at the University during the first academic period of study.

Academic mobility programs are offered at more than 95 partner universities around the world, such as WOOSONG UNIVERSITY (Korea), UNIVERSITY OF FLORENCE (Italy), METROPOLITAN BUDAPEST UNIVERSITY (Hungary), International Baltic Academy (Latvia), Anadoly University (Turkey), Valladolid University (Spain), and others. Kazakhstani partner universities where you can study through academic mobility: ATU, KarSU, UIB, AlmaU, NARXOZ, A. Myrzakhmetov Kokshetau University, Yessenov Caspian Technical University, and others.

Hello! It is a hotel-type dormitory; 4 students live in each room. Each room has a shower and a toilet. There are areas for cooking food and a laundry room for washing. All conditions for students' accommodation have been created. There is also free transportation of students by our own bus from the dormitory to the academic building, a 10-minute ride. A dormitory is provided; you should submit an application for a dormitory on the official website of the university when submitting all documents for admission. The cost of the dormitory is 20,000 tenge per month.

Esil University actively cooperates with various enterprises and employers, providing students with valuable practical experience and open doors for future employment. Esil IQ lab is a club of intellectuals bringing together debaters, stand-up comedians, and quiz enthusiasts. Esil Media club is for those interested in content making. Esil Art Studio is responsible for organizing creative events within the university. Esil Society club is a volunteer club that helps find legal and psychological assistance and address social issues. Esil Business-club is the University's business incubator, which also helps build the Alumni base, etc. Esil Sports club is a sports club (volleyball, basketball, chess), participation in sports competitions, and a fan club.
