As part of the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Esil University, students and teaching staff of the Department of Management held an off-site meeting of the International Student Club with the participation of international guests. With the participation of foreign guests from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation: Doctor of Economics, Professor Kapustina N.V. and Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor Turgaeva A.A.
The International Temporary Creative Student Team (ITCST), comprising students from the Faculty of Business and Management of Esil University and the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, was established in September 2024 on the initiative of both institutions to conduct research on the topic "The Sequential Development of Risk Management Strategy and Tactics in Companies."
At the off-site meeting of the International Scientific and Theoretical Student Club, second-year Master's student of the EP "Management" Kabdylova Nuray delivered a report on the topic "Key Innovative Factors in the Formation of Corporate Strategy in the Context of Sustainable Development in Kazakhstan." Master's students and faculty students actively participated in the club's proceedings and posed questions on the presentation topic.
