A Meeting with Master’s Students of the Prosecutor General’s Academy

Within the framework of the Law Department at Esil University, a substantive meeting was held with the participation of first-year master's degree students of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Yeskali A.T., Fayzollayeva Zh.N., and Taytelev A.A.

During the event, the following topics were comprehensively discussed: "Issues of Sentencing for Crimes Committed by Private Individuals," "Problems within the Framework of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan," and "Legal Aspects of Combating the Influence of Destructive Religious Extremism on the Minds of Young People."

Students conducted a detailed analysis of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code, and the Code of Administrative Procedure, gaining valuable knowledge on the practical application of legal norms. The event was highly substantive and generated considerable interest among students, who asked questions, actively participated in discussions, and broadened their legal knowledge.
