World Cleanup Day 2024

World Cleanup Day 2024: an international environmental campaign uniting millions of people from 180 countries who together strive for sustainable changes in waste management and cross-sectoral cooperation. The goal of the project is to develop and promote the collection and recycling of plastic among the youth of Kazakhstan, as well as to advance the global targets of SDG 12.

В этом году компания ССІ Казахстан и ее партнеры организовали субботники в четырех городах: Астана, Алматы, Шымкент и Актау. В ходе мероприятия было собрано около тонны отходов, из которых 780 кг —в Астане.

In connection with this event, the Regional Director for the Caucasus and Central Asia, Erdinch Güzel, expresses gratitude to Esil University for its support in organizing World Cleanup Day.
