An educational session was held at Esil University on the topic "Psychological Stress as a Social Problem of Contemporary Youth."
The event was conducted by Professor Eleonora Urunbasarova of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and Senior Lecturer Aliya Utegenova. First-year students of the "Social Work" specialization participated in the educational hour.
During the meeting, students discussed the concept of psychological stress, its causes, and its impact on young people. Particular attention was paid to the prevention of stress-related conditions: maintaining a sleep and rest schedule, planning study time, reducing time spent on social media, engaging in physical activity, practising self-regulation techniques, and understanding the importance of seeking help in a timely manner.
The event contributed to developing students' understanding of stress management techniques and enhancing psychological resilience.
