Students and staff prepared a vibrant concert programme to express respect and gratitude to the women — faculty members, staff, and female students of the university.
The festive event opened with a performance by the national instruments ensemble «ESU Band» , after which the University Rector, Professor Ayapbergen Taubayev, delivered a congratulatory address. During the event, a number of faculty members and staff were awarded letters of commendation for their high professionalism, productive work, and contributions to the development of education and science.
Congratulatory remarks were also delivered by the First Vice-Rector — Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Serik Makуsh, and the Vice-Rector for Strategy and Digitalisation, Associate Professor Gabit Shuitenov. As part of the ceremonial proceedings, letters of appreciation and awards were presented to university staff members.
The concert programme treated the audience to a multitude of brilliant performances: songs dedicated to mothers and women were performed, vocal ensembles took the stage, and students presented dance and theatrical numbers. A particular highlight of the evening was the performance of the student choir and the festive number by the male choir.
We once again congratulate all women on the holiday and wish them happiness, health, prosperity, and a springtime spirit!
