M. Musin, Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the City of Astana, met with students of Esil University. The primary objective of this event was to inform graduates who had successfully completed their studies under a state educational grant and achieved high academic performance (GPA 3.33) of amendments and additions introduced to civil service legislation. Special attention was devoted to the possibility of appointment to lower-level civil service positions in district and rural areas without a competitive selection process during the current year.
