A working meeting was held at Esil University between university staff and representatives of the Platonus company, during which consultations were conducted on issues of business process automation and the effective use of information systems in academic activities.
The speakers at the meeting were the Adviser to the General Director on Strategic Issues, Zaure Orazalina, the Head of the Implementation Department, Laura Umarova, and the Senior Specialist of the Implementation Department, Gulzhayna Talgat. The experts presented practical recommendations and shared their experience in implementing digital solutions in educational organizations.
The primary objective of the visit was to provide consulting services aimed at improving the efficiency of working with the modules of the Platonus information system. During the meeting, specialists conducted an audit of the current state of the system at the university, assessed the level of its integration into the educational process, and identified key areas for further development.
Special attention was devoted to the optimization of administrative and academic processes, improving the digital literacy of staff members, and expanding the functional capabilities of the system within the educational environment. Based on the results of the consultations, a series of proposals was formulated aimed at improving the use of the platform and the further training of personnel.
