The annual job fair was held at Esil University, organised jointly with the State Communal Institution "Youth Resource Centre 'Astana Zhastarу'" of the Astana city Akimat and the State Communal Institution "Labour Mobility Centre" of the Astana city Akimat.
The event was attended by more than 50 employers representing various industries and sectors. Among the participants were government bodies, financial institutions, second-tier banks, national museums, appraisal companies, and other organisations.
A Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, delivered a welcoming address, Rector Ayapbergen Taubayev noted the significance of such events for students' career development and for strengthening ties between the university and employers. He emphasized that Esil University trains specialists who meet the contemporary demands of the labour market.
Welcoming remarks were also delivered by the Director of the KGU "Centre for Labour Mobility" of the Astana city akimat, Olzhas Omar, and the Head of the Division of the State Institution "Department of Youth Policy of the City of Astana," Sultan Umurgaliyev.
Students of Esil University had the opportunity to personally communicate with company representatives, learn about vacancies, internship conditions, and employment prospects.
It should be noted that the employment rate of Esil University graduates in recent years has exceeded 80%, which confirms the high level of specialist training and the trust of employers.
