Within the framework of the educational work plan, the academic advisor for the third year of the Tourism educational programme, Muslimbekova M.A., conducted an advisory session for third-year students on the topic "Safe Communication and Personal Boundaries in the Modern Environment."
The aim of the event was to cultivate students' conscious awareness of personal safety issues, develop skills for recognising potentially unsafe forms of behaviour, and enhance the psychological and legal literacy of learners.
During the tutorial hour, issues of respect for personal boundaries, the ethics of interpersonal communication, and accountability in everyday and digital spaces were examined. Special attention was paid to the problem of obsessive behaviour, its possible manifestations, and the consequences for an individual's emotional well-being and social adaptation.
Students were acquainted with the signs of unsafe communication, methods for protecting personal information, and algorithms for action in situations requiring support and assistance. The role of social networks and messaging applications in shaping communication, and the necessity of observing digital security rules, were discussed separately.
The tutorial hour was conducted in a constructive dialogue format, enabling students to actively engage in discussion, pose questions, and share their views. The event facilitated the development among students of a culture of respectful communication, accountability for one's own actions, and conscious behaviour in contemporary society.
