Within the framework of the discipline "Tourist Regional Studies," a field practical class was held for second-year students of the "Tourism" educational program at Esil University. The class was conducted by PhD, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Social Work and Tourism, Zhassulan Sadykov.

Территория памятника отражает древние этапы развития сакской, тюркской и средневековой кочевой цивилизаций и считается прототипом городской структуры, предшествующей нынешней Астане.
During the session, students examined the exhibition, acquainted themselves with reconstructions of ancient dwellings, learned about the progress of excavations and the strategic significance of the Bozok Oasis. Special attention was devoted to the possibilities of incorporating the site into the tourist routes of the capital.
The museum-reserve actively collaborates with universities and represents a promising venue for the development of historical and educational tourism. Esil University expressed gratitude to the museum staff — Musa Rysbegerenov, Ainagul Ganiyeva, and Zhanboulat Kazanbayev — for their assistance in organising the class.
Such practical field trips enable students to study the historical and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan in greater depth and develop their professional competences.
