Senior Lecturer of the Department of Law, Master of Law Maney Khaybar delivered a lecture for first-year students of the specializations "Jurisprudence," "POEB," and "Customs Affairs" on the topic "The New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Significance and Features," as part of outreach efforts to explain the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the public.
The primary purpose of explaining the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the reconstruction of the state system in a new historical period, the strengthening of citizens' rights and freedoms, and the establishment of the principles of a "just Kazakhstan."
This process is aimed at modernising public consciousness and increasing legal literacy

Enhancing legal literacy: communicating to citizens the new amendments and the significance of parental rights.
Strengthening rights protection: clarification that the new norms are aimed at protecting human rights and freedoms
Modernisation of the political system: a discussion of changes in the political and legal system of the state.

Modernization of public consciousness: discussion of issues related to the fundamental transformation of the foundations of the state.
