Third-Year Students of the ‘Legal Support of Economic Security’ and ‘Business Law’ Programs at the Scientific and Practical Center of Forensic Examinations

On 20 November 2024, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Kaliev A.K., together with third-year students of the educational programmes "Legal Support of Economic Security" and "Business Law," conducted a field practical session at the Scientific and Practical Centre of Forensic Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Today, the forensic examination system of the Republic of Kazakhstan is represented by the Republican State Treasury Enterprise "Centre for Forensic Examinations of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan."

The field study was organised with the aim of consolidating the theoretical knowledge acquired in class and applying it in a real professional environment. Students had the opportunity not only to become acquainted with the activities of the state enterprise "Centre of Forensic Examinations" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also to study how more than 30 types of forensic examinations are conducted in practice at this institution.
