On 27 April 2023, Esil University held the annual presentation of Minor programmes for students of the Statistics academic programme as part of the academic advising system.
The event is aimed at expanding the educational opportunities available to students, supporting the informed selection of elective disciplines, and developing individual educational trajectories.
Презентация охватила студентов 1, 3 и 4 курсов ОП «Статистика». Участие приняли студенты 1 курса группы Б-Ст 22/1 Қ (казахское отделение), куратор — Жуматаева Б.А., студенты 3 курса группы Б-Ст 20/1 Қ, куратор — Алтынбеков М.А., а также студенты 4 курса группы Б-Ст 19/1 Қ, куратор — Сагиндыкова Г.М.
As part of the event, students were presented with an overview of available minor programmes, examples of successful academic cases were examined, and an analysis of relevant competencies in demand on the labour market was provided. Particular attention was devoted to the alignment of minor programmes with professional training tracks and students' career objectives.
The presentation contributed to enhancing students' motivation for independent planning of their educational trajectory and making informed choices regarding minor disciplines.
