On 29 April, as part of cooperation in the field of project management, the Faculty of Business and Management organised a master class by the Non-Commercial Joint Stock Organisation "Union of Project Managers of the Republic of Kazakhstan", an authorised partner of the Project Management Institute.
It should be noted that the Union of Project Managers (UPM) is the first Kazakhstani company registered as a PMI Global Education Provider (2008) and PMI Authorized Training Partner (2022).
IPMA-certified trainer Yuriy Tyutikov presented information on key aspects of project management. The success of projects is largely determined by the level of professional preparation of the specialists implementing them. In order to become an assistant in the field of project management, it is important to possess the requisite competencies, including knowledge, skills, abilities, and practical experience.
The Head of the Regional Training Centre of Astana, Gulnar Dakiyeva, delivered a presentation entitled "Professional Certification — A Guarantee of Market Competitiveness," outlining key aspects of preparation for and completion of the independent certification examination for the award of the professional qualification "Project Management Assistant."
During the master class, final-year students of the "Management" educational programme gained access to the official learner course database. Upon completion of the course, students have the opportunity to sit examination tests and, upon successful completion, receive a "Project Management Assistant" certificate.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to prepare efficiently and swiftly to obtain a prestigious certification in the field of project management.
