At Esil University, the Department of Finance, in accordance with the Plan of the Departmental Branch established on the basis of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC, conducted a scientific seminar on the topic of "Digital Services and Special Credit Offers," with the invited speaker being Zahir Alaskyarogly Aliyev, Head of the Corporate Business Management Division of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC, Astana. The faculty and students of the 2nd and 3rd years of the Finance specialisation actively participated in the event.
During the seminar, Aliyev Zahir Alaskyarogly presented to the audience the latest trends in the bank's lending activities, which are aimed at simplifying the loan application process for clients, enabling them to complete applications in real time without leaving their homes.
Particular attention was devoted to the digitalisation and personalisation of credit products, the implementation of an online platform, and the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyse credit applications, enabling a reduction in processing time and an improvement in decision-making accuracy.
He explained that the digitalisation and personalisation of lending are opening new opportunities for both clients and credit organisations, facilitating the creation of more flexible and convenient financial products and enhancing the efficiency and security of credit operations.
With the advancement of digital technologies, the importance of security issues is also growing. Banks are implementing advanced data protection systems, including blockchain and biometric technologies, to ensure confidentiality and protect against fraud.
The academic seminar contributed to expanding the professional competencies of students and faculty in enhancing the level of practical training in the areas of digitalisation and personalisation of lending, the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, data protection systems including blockchain and biometric technologies, and more.
