The Department of Management conducted an introductory conference on industrial practice for fourth-year students of the educational programmes Public and Local Administration and Management.
The event was organised for students of graduating groups in educational programmes 6B40101 "Management" and 6B40102 "Public and Local Administration," who, in accordance with the academic calendar, are scheduled to complete their pre-graduation practical training from 19 January to 24 April 2026 (14 weeks).
The conference was organized by the senior lecturer responsible for internship, Master G.O. Tansykbaeva, and 4th-year academic advisors G.O. Tansykbaeva and S.V. Ryumkin. Also participating in the event was the head of the "Management" department, PhD, Acting Associate Professor Zh.Z. Baigireeva.
During the conference, students were provided with detailed information regarding the nature, objectives, tasks, and duration of the pre-graduation practical training. The requirements for the preparation and submission of reporting documentation, including the practice report and diary, were also clarified. In addition, students were introduced to the practice supervisors assigned to each of them.
The following objectives were achieved within the framework of the event: • Informational: familiarizing students with the internship programme, methodological guidelines for report writing, the list of required documents, and evaluation criteria; • Organizational: assigning students to internship supervisors from the higher educational institution.
The conference held contributed to the formation among students of a clear understanding of the procedures and requirements for completing the pre-graduation industrial internship.
