On April 3, as part of the implementation of research project AP19676695 "Competitiveness of the Inclusive Labour Market in the Context of Digitalization," an educational and scientific seminar was held on the topic: "Digital Transformation and Opportunities for Inclusive Employment: Challenges and Prospects."
The event was organized by Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor Yeshpanova D.D., Ph.D. in Economics, Acting Professor Bekzhanova T.K., as well as the faculty of the Department of Accounting and Audit.
The seminar aimed to develop in students a comprehensive understanding of contemporary transformations in the labour market driven by digitalisation processes, as well as to cultivate competencies in the area of inclusive employment.
During the event, the conceptual aspects of digital transformation were examined, along with the mechanisms of its impact on the accessibility of employment for vulnerable categories of the population, including persons with special needs, as well as the possibilities of forming a sustainable inclusive employment model in the context of the digital economy.
Special attention in the discussions was devoted to analysing international and national experience in implementing digital technologies to enhance the accessibility and efficiency of employment, to discussing the risks of the digital divide and ways to overcome them, as well as to assessing the prospects for labour integration in an inclusive environment.
Students' participation in the seminar contributed to the development of their critical thinking and research initiative, as well as the formation of social responsibility and readiness for professional activity in a transforming labour market.
