On 15 November 2023, within the framework of the academic and methodological section of the Department of Social Work and Tourism, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Burganova R.I. conducted a training seminar on the topic: "Case Management in the Practice of a Social Worker."
During the meeting, an interactive lecture was held examining the stages of case management technology in social work: assessment, planning, engagement, and monitoring. During the practical component, a real case was analysed, with emphasis placed on the specifics of conducting initial and in-depth assessments.
