On April 11, Esil University hosted an International Scientific and Practical Conference that brought together young scholars and students from Kazakhstan and other countries.
Within Section No. 1, "Trends in the Development of National Economies and Sectoral Markets," moderated by Candidate of Economic Sciences, Acting Associate Professor G.K. Zambinova, 39 papers were presented — 10 in person and 29 in absentia. A total of 20 participants attended the session.
The topics of presentations covered a wide range of issues: the digital transformation of the economy, neuromarketing, the development of small and medium-sized businesses, the export potential of the agricultural sector, the introduction of digital solutions in the financial sector, and others.
Based on the results of the section's work, diplomas were awarded to the winners:
• First degree — Arina Mysnikova, for her paper on factors shaping export potential in the agricultural sector; • Second degree — Alexander Kim and Shukhona Jamilova; • III degree — Dilnaz Smagulova and Olga Yakovleva.
Благодарственными письмами за активное участие были отмечены Даниал Муктарканов, Дамира Сыздық и Араман Мансуров. Участники секции предложили ряд рекомендаций, включая развитие междисциплинарных исследований, стимулирование научных публикаций студентов и адаптацию международных бизнес-стратегий к местным рынкам.
