On 26 June 2024, the faculty of the Department of Finance, together with Master's students of the Finance educational programmes 7М04110 and 7М04109, conducted a scientific seminar entitled "Trends and Innovations in the Field of Financial and Credit Relations" as part of the department's initiative project.
During the academic seminar, master's students presented the results of their individual research as well as research conducted as part of a creative team.
A career-guidance lecture was delivered to master's degree graduates by representatives of the financial sector: Ishchanova R.K. — Deputy Director of the Central Branch of the National Bank (Astana), PhD, and Mukhitbekova A.M. — Independent Member of the Board of the Non-Commercial Association "Agroinsurance Association" — who familiarised master's students with the prospects for future employment upon completion of their master's studies. Based on the outcomes of the academic seminar, recommendations of a scholarly, organisational-managerial, and career-guidance nature were developed.
