As part of the Finance Department Week, financial consultant N.M. Zhussupova delivered a guest lecture entitled "Introduction to Management Financial Reporting" for second- and third-year students of the Finance educational programme.
During the lecture, the fundamental principles of preparing an enterprise balance sheet were examined — assets, liabilities, and the structure of equity capital as of a specific date. Students also learned about the methods of calculating an enterprise's revenues and expenditures for the period, the determination of profit or loss, and acquired practical skills in working with financial statements and the Excel program.
