Е. — приняли участие в круглом столе, посвящённом обсуждению результатов Analytical review of the content of educational programmes in social work Primary attention was devoted to the necessity of incorporating into academic curricula components and modules aimed at the prevention of and response to gender-based violence, taking into account the specific needs of persons with disabilities.
Participants noted that improving the effectiveness of prevention and response to gender-based and domestic violence, as well as ensuring the accessibility of services for vulnerable population groups, are directly linked to the enhancement of professional standards and educational training programmes for social work specialists. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of developing inter-agency competencies and practices that ensure comprehensive case management of violence and support for survivors, including persons with disabilities.
