The Regulations on the "Best University Lecturer" Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) were approved by Order No. 124 of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2015.
To participate in the competition, applicants from among the full-time faculty members of the university submit their documents through the Information System of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
I этап the competition will begin on November 3, 2025, and will last until November 14, 2025.
To participate in Stage I of the competition, candidates from among the full-time faculty of the institution shall submit the following documents through the information system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (universitycontest2025.iac.kz.):
1) a standard application for participation in the competition for the award of the title "Best University Lecturer" in accordance with Annex 1 to these Rules;
2) information in accordance with qualitative and quantitative indicators pursuant to Annex 2 to these Rules (data for the last 5 years (2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021), with the exception of clauses specifying particular deadlines);
3) annual work schedule plan in accordance with Appendix 3 to these Rules;
4) personal HR record sheet;
5) copy of identity document;
Submission Deadline Appeals for Stage I Competition from November 17 to 19.
II этап the competition will begin on December 1, 2025, and will last until December 12, 2025.
In addition, instructions for using the information system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be published on the website universitycontest2025.iac.kz.
