A Guest Lecture Was Held at Esil University for Prosecutor’s Office Day

Within the framework of events titled "Law and Order," dedicated to "Prosecutor's Day," celebrated on 6 December, Esil University hosted, with the support of the Department of Law, a meeting between university students and Igembayev Kussaiyn Abzalbеkovich, Associate Professor of the Department of Law, State Counsellor of Justice Third Class, with 37 years of service in the prosecutor's office.

The meeting was also attended by graduate students of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Alikhan Bikibayev, Samat Zhasar, and Maral Dzhanseitova. The students met jointly with A.A. Mukhametzh­anova, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Sciences; A.K. Kaliyev, Head of the Department of Law, Candidate of Sciences, Associate Professor; and Senior Lecturers Kh. Maney.

During the meeting, Igembayev Kusaiyn Abzalbekovich informed students about the formation and development of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its areas of activity, achievements, and current objectives. He elaborated in detail on the complex and multifaceted work of the prosecutor's office, emphasising its role in ensuring legality and order, protecting the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, and implementing state legal policy. He also indicated what qualities and requirements are expected of citizens wishing to work in the prosecutor's office.

Students asked guests questions of interest and received comprehensive answers.
