The Department of Management Held Career Guidance for Bachelor’s Graduates

The Management Department conducted career guidance activities for final-year bachelor's students of the Management and Public and Municipal Administration educational programmes, aimed at informing them about the opportunities for continuing their education at the master's level in relevant fields.

During the meetings, presentations, and consultations, students were provided with comprehensive information about the master's educational programmes of the Department of Management, the key areas of study, the organisation of the educational process, admission conditions, and requirements for prospective students. Particular attention was devoted to the advantages of continuing education at the master's level, including the development of research competencies, the deepening of professional knowledge, and the expansion of career opportunities.

Faculty members of the department and potential academic supervisors were engaged in the conduct of career guidance work, providing students with consultations on the choice of educational pathways, directions of academic research, and prospects for further academic and professional development.
