On the Convening of the International Scientific and Practical Conference on the Topic: "The Principle of 'Law and Order': State and Prospects for the Development of Criminal Procedure in Kazakhstan," Dedicated to the 60th Anniversary of Doctor of Law, Professor B.T. Buleuliev.
Dear Colleagues!
We invite you to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference. «The Principle of "Law and Order": the State and Prospects of Development of Criminal Procedure in Kazakhstan» , dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor of Esil University Buleuliev B.T., which will be held December 23, 2025 at Esil University.
Goal The objectives of the Conference include the presentation of research papers by scholars and researchers, as well as the launch of the second edition of the monograph by Doctor of Law, Professor B.T. Buleuliev entitled "The New Criminal Procedure of Kazakhstan: Towards Investigating Judges and Jury Courts," and the facilitation of experience exchange among scholars and legal community specialists, the organisation of open academic debate aimed at enhancing the quality of scientific and practice-oriented research and the effectiveness of international cooperation in the field of ensuring legality and public order. The conference will be attended by speakers from several countries, including Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and other CIS member states.
The following areas will be discussed within the framework of the conference:

To participate in the international scientific and practical conference, it is necessary to submit materials to the organizing committee via email by December 12, 2025 kemelbekov73@inbox.ru :

Application for Participation:
Requirements for the formatting of a paper (article)
Report text, of the volume 4–8 full pages in A4 format (210×297 mm), including figures and tables, must be typeset in the Word for Windows text editor using the font Times New Roman (Times New Roman, Times/Kaz, etc.), size 14 через 1,0 interval, margins – 25 мм from all sides.
Procedure оформления материалов:
In the upper left part of the page, before the title of the article, the following is printed: UDC (required). Further, on the right side of the page, the author's surname and initials, academic degree and title, place of work, and city are printed. With a space, in the centre of the page, printed in capital letters is название of the report, then Abstract in the language of the published material. (at least 5–6 sentences), followed by keywords (at least 7 words) and then the body of the paper .
References to the literature used are printed in the text in square brackets. List of references is printed at the end of the text. At the end of the article, after the list of references, there must be translation of the abstract ( in Kazakh or Russian and English languages).
The author bears responsibility for the content of the article and the accuracy of the facts stated.
The organizing committee reserves the right to decline the publication of papers that do not meeting the established requirements in terms of content and presentation.
