As part of the Management Department Week, an introductory lecture was held on тему "Systemic Effects of Reforming the Quasi-Public Sector: Towards a New Model of Public Administration in Kazakhstan — Challenges and Solutions" , Organized as part of the department's grant projects. The event was dedicated to the analysis of contemporary challenges and opportunities for reforming the quasi-governmental sector, as well as to the discussion of practical solutions for improving the efficiency of public administration.

The speaker and guests, as well as postgraduate and doctoral students of the department, presented approaches to addressing these challenges, including the introduction of modern corporate governance principles, enhancement of management accountability and professionalism, improvement of strategic planning, and the integration of quasi-governmental organisations into the system of state priorities.
Master's and doctoral students actively participated in the lecture, asking questions, engaging in discussions, and sharing analytical perspectives. The event enabled participants to gain a deep understanding of the systemic effects of reforms, identify key challenges and opportunities for improving public administration in Kazakhstan.
