B Esil University A guest lecture was delivered for second- and third-year students of the Finance programme. The department invited Dana Kokenovna Zhumabayeva, Deputy Director for Small Business Development at JSC BankCentreCredit (Astana), as the lecturer.
The lecture was delivered on the topic: "Banking Operations and Services (based on materials from JSC BankCenterCredit)." The main issues addressed concerned the activities of banks in Kazakhstan. Special attention was paid to the achievements and programs of JSC BankCenterCredit.
The lecturer familiarised participants with the bank's terms and conditions for deposit, credit, and other banking products, and provided examples of resolving various situations. The lecturer focused specifically on issues of interest rate policy and examined the influence of factors determining changes in the bank's reward rates.
