Esil University hosted a guest lecture for second-year students of the "Jurisprudence" educational program as part of the study of the discipline "Family Law."
The event was held under the supervision of Senior Lecturer of the "Law" Department, Nauryzbayev E. The speakers were master's students of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Uteshova M. and Kydyrova A.
During the lecture, the fundamental concepts and principles of family law were examined in detail, as well as the specific features of the legal regulation of family relations. Particular attention was devoted to current issues relating to the procedures for entering into and dissolving marriage, the rights and responsibilities of parents and children, and the institutions of guardianship and custodianship.
The lecture was conducted in an interactive format: students actively participated in discussions, asked questions, and received comprehensive and substantive answers from the speakers. This format allowed participants not only to consolidate theoretical knowledge but also to gain a deeper understanding of the practical application of family law norms.
