A Guest Lecture on the Challenges of Investigative Operations

As part of the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation between Esil University and the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the University's Department of Law regularly organises meetings with active law enforcement officers.

For 3rd-year students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University, studying in the programmes 6B04204 – "Jurisprudence," 6B04203 – "Legal Support of Economic Security," and 6B04202 – "Business Law," a presentation was delivered by Marat Khabdullaevich Sadvakasov, master's student of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and police major, on the topic: "Operational and Investigative Activities of Internal Affairs Bodies in Railway Transport: Issues of Theory and Practice."

During the lecture, the master's student shared practical experience in the operational and investigative activities of internal affairs bodies in railway transport, discussed modern methods of detecting and solving crimes, and outlined the key provisions of his dissertation research. The speaker answered students' questions regarding service in law enforcement agencies and study at the master's programme of the Academy of Law Enforcement Agencies under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event contributed to the formation of professional and legal values among future lawyers.
