Building Legal Culture: Esil University Held an Open Curator Session for First-Year Students

An open tutorial hour dedicated to issues of legal culture and compliance with public order norms was held at the Department of Management of Esil University. First-year students of groups B-Men 25/1 K and B-MZhB 25/1 K participated in the event.

The curator of the meeting was the department lecturer Tulegenova K. The primary objective of the event was to improve the legal literacy of students, as well as to cultivate a responsible attitude among students towards compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and standards of conduct in public places.

During the advisory hour, special attention was paid to clarifying the provisions of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in particular Article 441, which regulates the prohibition of smoking tobacco products and the use of vapes in non-designated areas. Students were given a detailed explanation of the possible consequences of violations and the importance of adhering to the established rules.

Meeting participants actively engaged in the discussion, touching on the topics of compliance with sanitary norms, maintaining cleanliness on university grounds, and responsibility for conduct in public spaces. Particular emphasis was placed on fostering internal discipline and respect for others.
