The "Finance" Department of Esil University has summarized the results of the International Financial Literacy Olympiad among students of economic disciplines, held on April 25 in an online format. The theme of the Olympiad was "Financial Literacy: Tools, Challenges, and Prospects."
The intellectual competition was attended by 28 students from higher education institutions in Kazakhstan and Russia, including the G.R. Derzhavin Tambov State University, the Lipetsk Branch of RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation, and Esil University.
The aim of the Olympiad is to foster solid knowledge in the field of financial literacy and to cultivate a culture of financial awareness among students.
The participants demonstrated their knowledge across six key areas: • budgeting and financial planning; • banking and insurance products; • налогообложение; • State regulation in the field of finance; • protection of consumer rights in financial services; • financial security and digital environment.
