On November 20–22, 2024, the Rector of Esil University, Ayapbergen Aldanayevich, participated in the international scientific conference "Modern Russia: Sectoral Development and Economic Growth Under New Challenges," held at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
The event was organized by staff of the Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Research and Education on Technological and Economic Issues of the Energy Transition and was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Askar Akayev, Professor at Moscow State University, Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and Honorary Doctor of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
