A meeting was held at Esil University with employees of the Department for Legislative Coordination and Law-making of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Police Colonel Zhumanov T.D. and Police Lieutenant Colonel Moldybayeva R.B. delivered an explanatory lecture for university students.
During the meeting, the speakers elaborated in detail on such pressing topics as stalking, money muling, and kidnapping. Special attention was paid to issues of liability for these offences and the regulatory and legal aspects of their governance.
