House 1 — Astana, Maikaiyn 2

University property · triple rooms · 25,000 ₸ per month (paid 10 months upfront) · Phone: +7 775 863 86 20. Each room has a shower and bathroom; utility room and refrigerator on every floor, laundry on the ground floor, shared reading room.

House 2 — Astana, M. Zhumabayev 29/1

Under a cooperation memorandum · 4–6-bed rooms · 30,000 ₸ per month (paid 6 months upfront) · Phone: +7 775 545 90 40. Utility room, shower and bathroom on every floor, shared laundry and reading room.

House 3 — Astana, Arganaty 7

Under a cooperation memorandum · 4–6-bed rooms · 40,000 ₸ per month (paid 3 months upfront) · Phone: +7 778 941 00 65. Each room has a shower, bathroom, kitchen area and refrigerator; laundry area on every floor, shared reading room.

How to Move In

01Apply for housing online via the cloud.esil.edu.kz portal.

02Prepare the documents: ID card (original and copy), fluorography image (copy), certificate of enrollment, payment receipt, two 3×4 photos, a file folder.

03Pay for accommodation in full in the student’s name via the Kaspi Bank or ForteBank apps — bank details are in the documents below.

04Move in between 25.08 and 01.09.2025, reception hours 09:00–18:00. Bring your own dishes, bed linen and personal belongings.

*Note

If there are not enough places, students may live in private dormitories under memoranda concluded by the university.
Priority for housing is given to first-year students admitted on a state grant with high UNT scores; first of all — persons with disabilities of groups 1 and 2, orphans, children without parental care, students from single-parent and low-income families, and students from rural areas.
The use of electrical appliances is prohibited in the Student House.
