How to Move In

Submit an Application

Applications for accommodation are submitted online through the university portal.

Prepare Your Documents

ID card (original and copy), fluorography image (copy), certificate of enrollment, payment receipt, 2 photos 3×4, document sleeve.

Pay for Your Accommodation

Payment is made in full in the student’s name via the Kaspi Bank or ForteBank apps — bank details are in the documents below.

Move In

Move-in dates: 25.08–01.09.2025. Reception hours: 09:00–18:00. Bring tableware, bed linen and personal belongings.

Note

If places run short, students may live in private dormitories under memorandums concluded by the university.
Priority for accommodation goes to first-year state-grant students with high UNT scores; first of all to persons with group 1 and 2 disabilities, orphans, children left without parental care, students from single-parent and low-income families, and students from rural areas.
Use of electrical appliances is prohibited in the Student House.
