The Student House is a modern and comfortable living space for students. We offer convenient rooms equipped with everything needed for study and leisure, cozy areas for socializing, kitchens, laundries, and other amenities. Ideal conditions are created here for productive study and a vibrant student life. Students of Esil University live in 3 student houses.

Note | Students who have enrolled in the first year in the current academic year under a state educational grant and have obtained a higher score on the Unified National Testing (UNT) have priority rights to accommodation in the Student House of the "Esil University" institution. Among them, places in the Student House are provided first and foremost to persons with disabilities of groups 1 and 2; orphans; children left without parental care; students from single-parent and/or low-income families; and students from rural areas. |
INFORMATION ON THE ACCOMMODATION OF STUDENTS IN STUDENTЙ DOM B 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
You can submit an application for accommodation in the Student House through the website https://cloud.esil.edu.kz/
Move-in date at the Student House: 25.08.-01.09.2025 city
Reception hours: 09.00 – 18.00 h.
List of documents required for moving into the Student House:
- identity card (original, copy - 1 pc.);
- fluorography image (copy);
- certificate of study at the university;
- receipt of payment for accommodation in the student dormitory;
- photographs 3*4 – 2 pcs.;
- file – 1 pc.
Accommodation fees can be paid through mobile applications: Kaspi Bank, ForteBank.
NOTE:
- Also, in the event of a shortage of places in our student dormitory, our students may live in private dormitories on the basis of memorandums concluded by the university;
- Payment for accommodation in the Student House is made fully in the student's name; payment must be made in full in the amount and to the bank details specified above.
- Upon move-in, the student must bring their own everyday tableware, bed linen, and personal belongings;
- Use of electrical appliances is prohibited in the Student House.
