Esil University hosted a meeting between students and representatives of "Astana Clinic," dedicated to two topics: "Life Without Cancer" and "Stress Resilience."
Specialists from the clinic spoke about the National Programme "Life Without Cancer!", dedicated to World Cancer Day. They emphasised the importance of early diagnosis and prevention of oncological diseases, and shared recommendations for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The second part of the meeting was devoted to stress resilience. Representatives of "Astana Clinic" informed students about the mechanisms of stress occurrence, its impact on physical and psycho-emotional well-being. They shared self-regulation techniques that help maintain emotional balance in challenging situations and explained how to develop stress resilience in the conditions of modern life.
