M. Musin, Head of the Astana City Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, met with students of Esil University.
The primary objective of this event was to inform graduates who had successfully completed their studies under the state educational grant and achieved high academic performance (GPA 3.33) about the amendments and additions introduced to the legislation on civil service. Particular attention was given to the possibility of being appointed to lower-level civil service positions in district and rural areas without a competitive selection process during the current year.
