At Esil University, on the initiative of the Faculty of Business and Management, a motivational meeting entitled "The Path to Success" was held, bringing together students, active youth, and invited guests.
The headliners of the event were Alisher Islam, founder of the SAP Group of companies, and Didar Islam, champion of the Premier League of KVN. The speakers shared their personal experiences of professional formation, recounted the difficulties they encountered on the path to professional and creative success, and described the means by which they overcame them.
Particular attention was devoted to the development of leadership qualities, career building, and the cultivation of strategic thinking. Participants actively posed questions, discussing topics of self-development, entrepreneurship, and personal effectiveness. Real-life case studies from the business and creative industries generated considerable interest.
The event was held in a warm and inspiring atmosphere. National games were organised for the guests, along with a prize draw sponsored by the Zheinis Football Club. The grand prize — a mobile phone — was won by Diana Malimon, a first-year student of the Management educational programme.
The university rector was presented with a personalized club jersey, while participants received an official invitation to support the capital's team at the upcoming match.
The meeting was held with the support of partner PRIDE BARBERSHOP, which actively supports youth initiatives and the development of the student community.
