A scientific seminar on the topic "Innovative Approaches to the Organisation of Accounting and the Educational Process at Universities in Kazakhstan" was held at Esil University. The moderator of the event was Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Shayakhmetova Kulsharia Orakbaevna.
The seminar was attended by representatives from Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Kyrgyzstan. The following delivered presentations: • Dzhupina Galina Nikolaevna, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Agrotechnologies and Economics of the Educational Programme of NUBiP Nizhyn Agrotechnical Institute (Ukraine); • Sarygulova Roza Kalygulovna, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Programme Director of "Business Management" at the Kyrgyz-European Faculty of Kyrgyz National University named after Zh. Balasagyn (Bishkek); • Naubetova Zhanar, accountant of LLP "Kasiet" (Astana).
In her presentation, Galina Dzhupina shared her experience of training students in the "Accounting and Audit" specialization in Ukraine, noting the particularities of organizing the educational process under conditions of the pandemic and wartime. Rosa Sarygulova spoke about the specifics of implementing educational programs for accounting disciplines in Kyrgyzstan and emphasized the importance of adapting curricula to current labor market requirements.
The seminar was concluded by Zhanar Naubetova, who presented practical experience in maintaining accounting records under conditions of digitalisation and the introduction of modern technologies in the financial sphere.
The event took place in an active and constructive atmosphere. The participants noted the relevance of the topics discussed and expressed interest in the further development of international cooperation in the field of accounting and education.
