A scientific seminar dedicated to the opening of the new training laboratory "Biometry Systems" was held at the Department of Information Systems and Technologies. The presenter was Adrakhmanov Darkhan.
During the seminar, students explored current trends in the development of biometric systems, as well as opportunities for their application in the educational process and research activities.
A demonstration of the equipment of the new educational laboratory was organized for the faculty and teaching staff. The seminar was attended by instructors from the Department of Information Systems and Technologies who deliver the disciplines of the ITDP educational programme. Participants were presented with the automated workstations (AWS) being developed, on the basis of which laboratory work and scientific research on the elements of biometric systems are planned to be conducted.
