A Competition for Vacant Educational Grants Is Announced

Dear students!

In accordance with Paragraph 23 of Chapter 4 of the Rules for Awarding an Educational Grant for the Payment of Higher or Postgraduate Education with the Award of a "Bachelor's" or "Master's" Degree, dated August 25, 2023, No. 443, based on the results of the interim assessment of the 2025-2026 academic year (winter examination session), it is hereby announced competition for vacant educational grants , released in the process of obtaining higher or postgraduate education for students enrolled on a fee-paying basis under the following groups of educational programmes (GEP):

A Competition for Vacant Educational Grants Is Announced

This competition is held based on the results of interim assessments and the average academic GPA score.

In the event of equal GPA academic performance indicators during a competition for vacant educational grants, priority is given to students with only A and A- ("excellent") grades; the next priority goes to students with grades ranging from A, A- ("excellent") to B+, B, B-, C+ ("good"); followed by students with mixed grades throughout the entire period of study.

To participate in the competition, applicants must submit a petition addressed to the Rector for further study under an educational grant, indicating their consent to the public disclosure of their GPA score.

The submitted applications will be reviewed at a meeting of the Academic Council, after which the list of candidates will be forwarded to the authorized body in the field of science and higher education for a decision by 25 January 2026.
