Future Lawyers Discussed Key Provisions of the New Constitution

By the lecturer of the Department of Law, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Alpysbai Жусуповым A lecture was delivered for first-year students of the "Jurisprudence" specialisation as part of the effort to explain the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the public.

The primary goal of the effort to explain the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the public is to ensure comprehensive modernisation of the political system and the full implementation of the fundamental provisions of the law, as well as to enhance the legal literacy of citizens and safeguard the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country.

Key Objectives of Explanatory Work:

Information dissemination: explaining to the public the main provisions of the draft new Constitution, the principles of sovereignty, independence, and stability of the form of governance

Strengthening stability: consolidating the foundations of the constitutional order and protecting the unity of the state.
