An Off-Site Lecture for Tourism Program Students at Ramada by Wyndham Astana

As part of practice-oriented learning, third- and fourth-year students of the Tourism educational program visited one of the capital's leading hotel establishments — Ramada by Wyndham Astana. The field lecture became an important part of the educational process, allowing prospective specialists to familiarize themselves with the actual operations of an international-level hotel enterprise.

During the visit, students gained a comprehensive understanding of the operations of the hotel's key departments. Special attention was devoted to the reception and accommodation service, the service standards of the Wyndham network, and the distinctive features of internal process management that ensure the seamless operation of the hotel.

A tour of the facility allowed students to observe the professional activities of staff from the inside, ask questions of interest, and compare theoretical knowledge with practical situations. This format of instruction promotes the development of necessary competencies, fosters professional thinking, and deepens understanding of the structure of the modern hospitality industry.

Field trips are an important element in preparing students of the "Tourism" educational program, strengthening their connection with the industry and increasing their motivation for further professional study.

Esil University expresses its gratitude to the Ramada by Wyndham Astana hotel for its cooperation, informative excursion, and contribution to the training of future specialists in the tourism and hospitality industry.
